What happened to this office? It seems to went down hill. Getting someone to give you an answer or a call back is like asking congressman to be honest. You call and call and call. Same story of they will call. Then you ask for the office manager and they transfer to the call center. Such a disappointment. Good luck to those that go. I hope Dr Whiteside reviews these it’s a bad reflection on him. Carla wasn’t much help, she just wanted to talk and not listen, so what’s the point in talking when she is going to make you to be the bad guy and put you down. EVERYTHING that was told to me was a lie. When you ask she just talk over you till you finally give up. I will be sad to go, but Dr Whiteside is a great doc if you can handle the rest that goes along with it. I have spoke to many others that have shared my journey, sad day. Hopefully it will get better. Thanks for being my Doctor!!

Absolutely excellent dentist's office. I've had to get a lot of work done with them and they have been so patient and helpful. Dr Wolff especially is great about explaining what she's doing as she's working. I also transitioned while going to this office and everyone has gone the extra mile in making me feel comfortable, so if you're a trans person looking for a dentist this is a great place.

I reviewed very polite greeting from Doris. Very fun and happy. I had nice conversations with Allison as she cleaned my teeth..Dr wolf was very nice and thorough also.. very good experience that day Thank you Stacey Frick

My experience at Prairie Crossing was nothing short of amazing. The staff here are exceptional, and I was impressed by each and everyone that I met. I was only in town for a short bit, but I know that if I was here long-term, I would retain them as my full-time dentistry. I sincerely appreciate everything you guys did for me and I wish you all the absolute best. Thank you again.

Absolutely wonderful dental office! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. You can tell there is strong teamwork and a positive culture, which makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care!
